5 Events – Dream Wedding Designers was established in 2010 out of a passion for creating unforgettable moments. We are experts in organizing exceptional weddings both in Poland and abroad. Our team consists of seven experienced wedding managers.
We are pleased to emphasize that we have all the necessary permits for organizing events, including the permission from the Marshal of the Małopolska Voivodeship No. Z/30/2010. Since the beginning of our operation, we have specialized in creating unforgettable moments by combining experience, global trends, and the individual character of each event. We follow the latest trends but always adapt to the needs, preferences, and budget of our clients to ensure that each wedding is unique and beautiful. We pay attention to details. Our goal is not only to organize a beautiful wedding but also to create an unforgettable experience that is special for every couple.

As an independent wedding manager, I always work in the best interests of the couple for whom I create the wedding and this exceptional day. I provide honest advice to my clients and assist them in selecting subcontractors according to their needs, guided by both the clients’ directives and my objective perspective, as well as my extensive experience in the tourism-wedding industry.

Our expertise spans hundreds of satisfied clients from around the globe, including the UK, Ireland, Norway, Sweden, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Poland, Lithuania, Slovakia, Ukraine, Georgia, Chile, and the USA. Collaborating with tourists from various countries, I also consider my client’s needs from a foreigner’s perspective, understanding and acknowledging cultural differences while possessing deep knowledge of the local market, extensive supplier contacts, and an understanding of the significance of this singular day. You can always rely on my candid opinion, taking into account both the positives and negatives of individual service providers. These are just a few of our strengths. Above all, our motivation is to create and organize exceptional moments for the in-love, respecting individual stories and dreams of a unique wedding day.
My strengths lie in logistics, requiring coordination, as well as individual and personalized stylizations. I have a passion for symbolism and the creation of subtle details. The presentation of our family’s beautiful locations is incredibly rewarding. I am thrilled to assist couples in discovering the magic of this day in a place that is my home. Thanks to the experience gained from organizing weddings in various corners of the world, I can share knowledge with couples, offering them support and assistance in giving their event an individual character that reflects the uniqueness of each one. I am immensely pleased that our clients emphasize that this day was one of the most beautiful in their lives.
A Brief Overview of My Story
I have known Wieliczka and Kraków since birth. I grew up and received my education here, starting from kindergarten to Jagiellonian University. Even in high school, I knew I wanted to pursue a career in event planning and travel. That’s when I began my adventure with organizing youth conferences and working in the salt mine, where alongside the Treasurer, we welcomed tourists as Saint Kinga and distributed salt crystals for good luck. During university, I worked as a tour guide, and right after graduation, I became a manager at Orbis Travel in Crete, the largest destination for this Polish touroperator overseeing the team’s operations. In 2010, I founded my own company. Along with my team of eight wedding planners, we organize boutique weddings worldwide.

I’ve been orchestrating dream weddings since 2015, starting with my own magical day. After this event, I joined the 5 EVENTS team, and since then I have organized numerous weddings around the world. What can be an stress-filled endeavor for some, comes naturally to me, sparking joy at every turn. Each wedding I craft is a journey of learning and fulfillment, with every detail meticulously planned and organized – earning me the title of the “queen of spreadsheets” among my colleagues.
